Life-Line to Citizen (LL2C) is a bottom-up initiative to empower every Citizen by giving them a unique identity and an e-Platform for transaction tracking any time, any where with Government (local, national and international) and Business / Service Providers (G2C, B2C, G2G, G2B, etc.) from the village to the national / global level on a single web based e-Platform for empowerment, transparency, accountability, poverty alleviation, etc.
